A CHANGE IN YOUR STATEMENT IS COMING!
Beginning in May you will receive your Checking Account and Savings Account statements in larger envelopes. The 6" X 9.5" envelope is designed to better accommodate our new Image Statements.
Due to the conversion process you may receive two statements for your Checking Account in May. One will be in the old format and one in the new format.
We are confident that you will be pleased with our new statement processing system and we appreciate your patience as we make this change.

Complete the application, sign it, and bring it into the bank, or fax it to us at 970-345-2935, or mail it to us at P.O. Box 300, Akron, CO 80720. You may also come into the bank and pick up an Application and Agreement in person, or request them by phone or mail. Once we receive your SIGNED application, we will process your application and get your User ID and Password to you right away.
