Have you noticed a change in your Checking Account Statement? Our Customer statements are now being mailed to you in larger envelopes. The 6" X 9.5" envelope is designed to better accommodate our new Image Statements.
Our new format also includes images of your checks returned to you along with your statement. For your convenience these documents are pre-punched to fit in a three-ring binder. Stop by and pick up a free three-ring binder for each of your accounts. Organizing and managing your account documents has never been easier.

Complete the application, sign it, and bring it into the bank, or fax it to us at 970-345-2935, or mail it to us at P.O. Box 300, Akron, CO 80720. You may also come into the bank and pick up an Application and Agreement in person, or request them by phone or mail. Once we receive your SIGNED application, we will process your application and get your User ID and Password to you right away.
